Permanent Resident visas are also referred to as “Green Cards.” A Permanent Resident, or “PR” visa allows its holder to live and work in the United States indefinitely, and to travel to and from the United States as the holder maintains permanent resident status. Generally, P.R. visas include the spouse and unmarried children under 21 of the primary visa applicant.
