Canadian Barrister & SolicitorDominic Therrien previously practiced in Montreal with a prestigious Canadian firm for a number of years where he represented, among others, many major financial institutions as a commercial litigator (including in litigations related to the Quebec Immigrant Investor Programs). Mr. Therrien made representations on a regular basis to the Superior Court of Quebec and, on a few occasions, to the Quebec Court of Appeal, the highest provincial tribunal in Quebec. Mr. Therrien also worked in China for three (3) years to assist high net worth Chinese clients in relation with the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program but also in relation with the Federal Immigrant Investor Program. Mr. Therrien now focuses his practice quasi-exclusively on Canada's business immigration matters. In addition to his Quebec law degree, he pursued undergraduate studies in political science at the Universite de Montreal, and graduate studies in international politics at the Universite de la Sorbonne (Paris, France). Mr. Therrien was called to the Law Society of Quebec (Barreau du Quebec) and to the Law Society of British Columbia. Mr. Therrien's law career followed several years of playing professional baseball in the Atlanta Braves organization. He also taught political science before becoming an attorney
