Nicholas Berning
Nicholas Berning is a graduate of Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon (J.D. 2005), and Whitman College (B.A. 2001) and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Berning is an experienced American immigration attorney focusing on both investment-based visas (EB-5 and E-2 Treaty investor visas) and employer-sponsorship visas. Berning is licensed to practice in Washington State and is a licensed Practitioner of Foreign Law in British Columbia, Canada. He is currently serving on the Washington State Bar Association’s Practice of Law Boad and teaches courses on legal research and writing and law office technology in Whatcom County.
