TDKA can also refer clients to highly professional immigration consulting services and attorneys for migration to New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. It currently maintains offices in Bellingham, Washington and Burnaby, British Columbia.
TDKA focuses on business and investment immigration, but also provides services in the areas of family sponsorship visas, employer-sponsorship visa, work and student visas, multinational transfer visas and other non-immigrant visas. Its lawyers have over 15 years experience as immigration attorneys or consultants. TDKA is particularly active and experienced in assisting its commercial clients to access Asian capital via investment immigration programs.
